How it works
Open your form. Complete the fields in the Form fields panel. If there are no fields, select the Text tool and place each answer on the page. Preview and download.

Before you start
Standard AcroForm text, checkbox and choice fields are supported. XFA forms are not supported. Keep a copy of the original. Added text currently supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic characters; images can be used for other scripts.
